Effective 1 January 2026. FormuLaunch is the trading name of Guangdong Simei Fanghua Biotechnology Co., Ltd. This notice applies to this website and to project inquiries submitted through it.

Information we collect. We collect the information you submit through the Check Your Project Fit form or in direct correspondence, which may include your contact email, company information, business type, quantity range, and retail-price context. Our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page activity, referral information, and campaign parameters as part of delivering and protecting the site.

How we use information. We use this information to assess project fit, respond to the person who submitted it, clarify a potential project, operate and secure the website, maintain inquiry and business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting a Project Fit form does not confirm project acceptance, feasibility, pricing, production capacity, or commercial terms, and we do not use it to present an automated qualification decision to you.

International processing. Because the website is hosted in Singapore and served through a global content delivery network, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for 24 months. Records relating to an agreed project are kept for the duration of that project and afterwards for as long as needed for business records, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.

Your choices. You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted. Send the request through the Check Your Project Fit form, using the email address you originally provided and stating clearly what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not load any third-party analytics script and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and abuse prevention, and administrators of the content management system receive a session cookie when they sign in. If analytics is enabled in future, this notice and the cookie behaviour of the site will be updated before it is turned on.

Security and children. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. FormuLaunch is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children.

Changes. We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements. The effective date shown at the top of this notice indicates when it was last updated.
